Why is spring skin care important?
In the spring, UV radiation begins to gradually intensify. UV-A rays (which cause skin aging) are present all year round, even in cloudy weather. In addition, winter skin is dried out, less hydrated and more sensitive.
Step 1: Gentle peeling and skin renewal

Start with a gentle enzyme or mechanical peel to remove dead cells accumulated over the winter. Choose enzymatic peeling (based on papaya or pineapple) for sensitive skin, gentle scrub products for normal skin. Exfoliate 1-2 times a week.
Step 2: Deep hydration
After winter, the skin needs intensive hydration. Swap thick winter cream for a lighter but still hydrating spring option. Look for products with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, aloe vera or ceramides.
Don't forget about hydration from the inside - drink enough water (at least 2 liters a day).
Step 3: Sun protection - the basis of the spring routine
Sun cream with SPF is the most important spring and summer skincare product. Dermatologists recommend SPF 30-50 every day.

Apply it as the last step of your morning routine, before makeup.
Step 4: Antioxidants are your friend
Vitamin C in the serum protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Apply it in the morning before moisturizer and SPF. The result is a brighter, more even skin tone.
Step 5: Care of the eye area and lips
The eye area is the most sensitive part of the face - hydrate it with a special eye cream and wear sunglasses with a UV filter in the sun. Protect your lips in the spring with a balm with an SPF factor.
