"It was 1990, when we opened a table in Pankrác and started selling the first books. We remember that we paid 50 crowns to rent the place. Back then, we stored them everywhere. In banana boxes, in a block of flats, in a basement. Until the washing machine leaked at our house. Then came the first store in Modřany... Since then, quite a few years have passed. But the passion for good books hasn't left us yet."
