Welcome to Shopland Dunajská Streda! The purpose of the visiting regulations is to ensure safe, pleasant and undisturbed use of the shopping and relaxation areas of the Shopland Dunajská Streda shopping center. The shopping center is private property open to the public and the following rules apply in its premises, parking lots, driveways and adjacent areas.
BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOR
In the premises of the center it is forbidden: to use physical violence, aggressive behavior, profanity, indecent gestures or expressions insulting the dignity, race, religion or group of persons, to annoy others with noise, shouting, smell, loud speeches or inappropriate behavior, to damage the property of the center or its equipment (including the creation of graffiti and inscriptions), to beg or behave in a way that disturbs public order, to lie or sleep in premises of the shopping center. The administration of the center is entitled to refuse entry or expel persons who violate these visiting regulations.
SMOKING, ALCOHOL, WEAPONS
Smoking and use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited, except in places expressly designated for this purpose. Alcohol consumption is allowed exclusively in reserved areas of catering establishments. It is forbidden to bring firearms into the premises of the center, except for components authorized by law.
MOVEMENT AND MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION
It is forbidden to ride or handle bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates and other means of transport in the premises of the shopping arcade, to ride shopping trolleys (with the exception of persons for whom the trolleys are adapted), the entry of vehicles is not permitted. Bicycles can only be stored on dedicated racks. The administration of the center is not responsible for their possible damage or theft.
ANIMALS
Entry with animals into the interior of the center is prohibited, with the exception of guide dogs or animals in a closed crate. The conditions of entry to individual stores are determined by the tenants.
FOODCOURT AND CLEANLINESS
In the premises of the food court, only food purchased in the respective establishments is allowed. It is forbidden to pollute the premises of the center, throw garbage outside the designated bins or spit.
COMMERCIAL, ADVERTISING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Without the prior consent of the center administration, it is forbidden to: carry out commercial, advertising, promotional or sales activities, distribute leaflets, offer samples, conduct polls or surveys, organize music productions, political, petition or demonstration activities.
PARKING
Visitors are obliged to follow traffic signs. It is forbidden to wash or repair motor vehicles. Parking is allowed one hour before and one hour after the opening hours of the center. Long-term parking without the consent of the center administration is prohibited and the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense.
SAFETY AND LIABILITY
Misuse or damage to fire fighting equipment, escape exits, security systems or other equipment will be dealt with by compensation. The shopping center reserves the right to deal with violations of the visiting rules through the security service or the relevant authorities.
CAMERA SYSTEM
